By downloading or using the Sleep Sounds app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Use of the app
Sleep Sounds grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Content
All content provided in the app, including audio, design, and code, is owned by Sleep Sounds or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.
Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Sleep Sounds is not a medical service and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
